About Ranked & Ready SEO
The Story
Over the last 13 years I've worked in the skydiving industry, taking people on their first ever skydive and teaching individuals how to jump on their own. Having done this across the country and overseas I set up a side line property business in 2018 when the wife and I moved back from Australia, having been inspired by people on Homes Under the Hammer!
I did all of the normal things; set up a company, bought business cards and built a basic website on Wix. It looked brilliant to me and I was so proud of it, but of course, as so many of you will have experienced, no body ever visited it as it didn't show up on search engines.

One day in a business networking meeting I asked an SEO specialist how to make my website show up on Google. I spent the next 10 minutes not understanding a word she said but agreed to allow them to send me an audit of my website with a plan of action to make it show up higher than it was.
The quote - which made no promises or guarantees - was an eye watering £1,500 a month for 6 months.
Despite the refusal to pay such a figure out of principle, I simply wasn't in the financial position.
Over the next 12 months I decided to educate myself on how search engines work and how to design a website in a way that Google values. I applied what I learned and achieved what felt like miracles. My website went from being non existent to ranking 1st on Google for over 40 search terms.
I then went ahead and tried it again (mainly to make sure the first time wasn't a fluke!) and built a website for my wife's personal trainer website. And it worked. Tegen Wilcox PT now dominates the first page of Google for many keywords in Swansea.

I can’t rate Jordan high enough! Like most I’ve had the SEO guy that talks a good talk and promises the world but never delivers! Jordan cuts through the smoke and mirrors and definitely delivers so much so he’s reinstalled my faith in the SEO industry.
